So it’s officially Autumn and I’m still clinging to my sandals and bare legs because summer clothing is what I love. Give me floaty dresses and espadrilles over coats and boots any day. As we ease ourselves into cooler temperatures I am taking a look at the best dressed ladies of Summer 2013.
A talented Brit with bags of elegance and style is Anna Friel, pictured here in this uber feminine blue and white floral dress, she gets my vote for the best garden party dress:
Always glamourous and on trend is actress and beauty Rachel Bilson, dressed in Marc Jacobs, she works relaxed formal wear to a tee:
For laid back summer style, Amber Heard and Miranda Kerr know how to work it in floaty dresses, statement shades and Panama hats:
The red carpet dress of the summer for me was super cute Carey Mulligan, pictured here with Baz Luhrmann at The Great Gatsby premiere, wearing Dior Haute Couture:
Jemma and I love a good jumpsuit and US actress, Zoe Salanda made this Balmain denim dream look amazing:
Jessica Stam oozed ladylike glamour in a checked dress with floral hem by Oscar De La Renta and peep toe platforms:
Jemma’s best dressed ladies included the Queen of the Court, Kim Sears. She could do know wrong with her fashion choices, and that glossy mane, as she cheered on her Wimbledon hero, Andy Murray. Pictured here in a Victoria Beckham dress and Mulberry Willow bag:
Jemma loves Suki Waterhouse’s style and she was definitely one of the summers coolest dressed, we adore her festival outfit choices, including this Glasto winning combo:
I don’t think anyone can deny that the yummiest of all the Mummies (and another one of Jemma’s faves) this summer has to be Sienna Miller from festival to red carpet she always steals the show pictured here at Glastonbury and on the red carpet, in Matthew Williamson, at the TV BAFTAS:
My newest girl crush has to be Lily Collins, with Phil Collins as her Dad, a glittering career in Hollywood ahead of her and a wardrobe to die for, she is definitely set to become a tour de force. Pictured below in a selection of red carpet looks:
As you pull your favourite wooly jumpers on I hope these hotties have warmed up your day!
