Here are our four key trends to give you a leg up for a stylish start to 2015.
Denim is in, head to toe. Layered, laser cut, embellished, embroidered, as day or night wear, 2015 is set to be the year of double denim galore.
Jackets with shearling trims were seen at Burberry Prorsum, patchwork mix ups at Tommy Hilfiger and Seventies style denim at Gucci.
Thanks to Miss Chung’s collaboration with AG jeans, it also means that the denim dress, skirt and dungaree is a key piece for your 2015 wardrobe.

New Look Denim Dress £24.99
Pull & Bear Jumpsuit £59.99
We at BTS HQ are a big fan of the culotte (see previous blog “To Culotte or Not?”). 2015 sees it becoming a wardrobe staple and a great alternative to a midi skirt. It is a super chic wardrobe update as seen on Victoria Beckham and Rita Ora.
Mrs Beckham looking chic as ever
Here are our faves on the high street:
Asos culottes (available in different colours) £38
River Island leather culotte £95
As we see (yet another) Seventies revival, the platform shoe once again takes centre stage. The clumpier the better. Flower power platformed sandals reached new heights on both the Prada and Miu Miu catwalk for SS14.

Whilst we are in the Seventies mood, who’s for some suede? Think feminine rather than cowboy. As seen on the SS15 runways of Chloe, Derek Lam and Chanel, see below

Asos suede skirt £65
Miss Guided faux suede shorts £22
